![]() ![]() While a lot of the characters will be the more or less the same as we already know them there are some that might act differently the biggest difference being how Gendo acts. But none the less the setting is still a good one and works well with the basis of the series. Considering that this is set in the alternate reality in episode 26 of the original Evangelion series, Neon Genesis Evangelion, some fans may find some minor differences to that reality. It's nothing stellar that many Evangelion fans have come to expect at this point, but it is still entertaining to see what situation Shinji gets himself into. The story is quite simple, as this a comedy of some sorts. So, what do I have to say after reading the first fifteen books it's okay. I have been an Evangelion fan for quite some time now, and I've been trying to catch with this series for some time.
